Since I'm giving back the 228i I currently have, I guess I will be on my second. First one, steptronic and premium pack. Replacement has M-Sport with track pack and manual.

1st for me. Came close to getting a 3 series and m3 back in the 90's and early 2k's. I am still pleased with my choice and really don't see anything else I would choose at its price point all things considered. A faster 435i would have my interest.

Nah, I just assembled them together. I didn't have a good camera until about 2004. My cars look(ed) identical to what you see in pictures though. I still miss the 2500, very sweet car, got me totally hooked on BMW. |

My fourth; first one that's new.
They say you imprint on the cars of your youth. I got introduced to BMW's through my science teacher in High School, Mr Watts -- his dd was a late 70's 320i he bought new and autocrossed. I never knew a car could turn a corner that fast, that flat. It took a while before I was in a position to get one, but i'm making up for lost time -- picked these all up within the past ten years... 87 535is - Buttercup 87 535is - Bruno 74 2002tii - Penny 14 M235i - Nikole |
