I got one of these, so I can help a little.

The box just contains the built diff itself, nothing more.

I'd recommend a shop do the install, the install is a PITA and requires special tools.

Here's the replacement procedures if you're curious.

Depending on your mechanical skills and having the proper tools. We recommend professional install, but many have done it in their garage over a weekend afternoon with the help of a friend or two.

thanks guys. i wasn't sure if it was the internals that you needed to install or if it was the whole case with the diff installed. looks like i wouldn't do it myself but seems like it would just be a few hrs at a euro mechanic, so not bad on the wallet.

Right, all the set up is done. Just remove the old one and install the Wavetrac final drive.
