Bikes are easy. I did move a bunch of boxes in mine

Normal bike fits in the convertible, both wheels off, seat down.

I used to fit a mountain bike in an SLK trunk, wheels in first, then the frame goes on top where the top stores.

That is why my other vehicle is an X3. No reason to cram stuff into the 228.
