I just signed up to go in August, anyone else get an invite and plan to attend? I am headed to SC but think you can do either that or the new facility in Palm Springs. They cover hotel and cost of course, you just need to get yourself there.

Just showed up in my email last week. I called they took down my info then sent me the details yesterday.

What prompts an invite. I got my 2016 228ix in June.

Here's the fine print from the original email I got:

Offer is only available to current, original owners of a new BMW, who have also previously owned 5 or more “New” or “Certified Pre-Owned” BMWs. I got my second invite over the summer. The first was in 14' when I had an F30. Haven't decided on whether or not to do SC again or Thermal. Either way it is a blast.

Ok - so I qualify but I have not received an invitation. What's up with that?

/\ They were fearful you might reply to the email with one of those two photos of your car and decided not to risk it .

I would highly recommend taking them up on the experience. Track time was short but the weekend overall was fantastic. Even the dinner the night before when I was expecting chicken fingers.
