oh true. this was on HU_NBT. So not sure why it has BC stuff in there. Maybe its the setting to enable that in the BC in the idrive?

My m235i was the same way.
My M2 however, came with this enabled out of factory and works. I was trying to find wher to enable this on the PSI tire vehicle info on the idrive, because I like to have digital MPH on the BC and not cycle thru

Hi
1: is there a way to turn off all exterior lights when the engine is on and when the start button is pressed without holding on the brake. 2: is there a way to prevent the animation that comes on the screen every time you switch to eco pro, comfort, sport, and sport+ 3: is there a way to make the drivers seat automatically slide backwards when the engine is turned off, and slides forward when you get in and close the door, or something close to this. 4: is there a way to not have the interior over head lights turn on when you turn off the engine. Thanks. Last edited by bizfiend; 06-12-2016 at 08:24 AM.. |

Does anyone have before/after of coding RDC_SAFETY to aktiv? Without it, I already have temps and pressures when I check TPM, like here: https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-n...427_205836.jpg

Note that in iDrive I have a setting that sounds like it would do this... but frankly I have never noticed it do anything. I have to do things manually, it seems, always.

I was able to get it to work with only using the first line of the 3. Might play with the others to adjust it more. Does anyone know what the values do with the other 2 (ie. what do you change to increase the adjustment back) |

FEM_BODY 3073 LUT_FLC_FORWARDLIGHTING_Y = "F020Codierwert mit AFS" (enable with AFS), hex parameters change automatically when you enable AFS to 9C, 9C, 9C Seat: SM2(d6) -> 3000 SM_GLOBAL -> EINAUSSTIEGSHILFE = "Modus_FA_SLV" This activate the seat movement for driver's side (I think SM2(e6) is passenger side) SM2(6d) -> 3012 EAH -> EAH_VERFAHRWEG_SLV_PHYS < you specify in a hexadecimal value how many milimeters you want the seat to move back SM2(6d) -> 3012 EAH -> EAH_SCHUTZFREIRAUM_HINTEN_SLV_PHYS < you specify how many millimeters of free leg space you want to keep for the passengers sitting on the back seat So pretty much tall people that have seat moved far back would need to play with values a bit, for me "Modus_FA_SLV" and all default values did the trick |

PS. I am pretty sure you can adjust VLD settings at which speed to activate the 3 modes (wide, normal, and far) that it uses, but I dont have that info now.
I was also looking to change (decrease) sensitivity of outdoor light sensor, couldn't find this anywhere......perhaps someone might know? |

I hope someone can compare the coding data between the m235i and the m2. Hopefully we can figure out how to get the temperature gauge to become active when it is coded. Maybe a software update will fix this? Would be cool to get oil temp like the M2.

Shawn,
I didn't use my coding config for a long time; also have E-sys 3.24.3 but don't remeber the data version - how do I check this? Piotr

Is it possible to change the throttle sensitivity in Sport+ to match the comfort throttle? I would prefer to have the same sensitivity among my normal driving modes.
