Front Shock Tower Brace - Beneficial?
What are the opinions on installing a front shock tower brace on a new M235i Coupe that I intend to keep for 10 years or so.
Would it be good to do that now, when new, to maintain the structural rigidity of the car? I don't intend to autocross or track the car. Just a daily driver with some sporty driving and hard corners along the way. Thanks for feedback from those in the know! |

Oh yeah, saw that. It seemed super arduous and costly...

I'm awaiting the m235iR catalogue from a race team.
They will be able to offer the CF brace and support bracket. It will require you to do some modifications to work.

I just added the UR racing front strut bar. Reviews are mixed buy i decided to give it a try. Solid construction, one continuous piece. It does slightly firm up. Its noticeable but some people might complain it does nothing if you dd and drive mostly in traffic. Overall a nice add on for 100$

The link in the above post send me to the seller's Facebook page, where it looks like you can message them to purchase. This might work as a direct link:
https://www.facebook.com/commerce/pr...564420801&rt=9 Regarding price, it looks like it converts to approximately 145USD which doesn't include shipping from what I can assume is Taiwan. Maybe give it a shot and see what they say, you should be able to message them on FB |
