MP Rear diffuser metal brackets
Just installed the MP rear diffuser, anyone know the purpose of the included two metal brackets? They seem to attach behind the rear heat shield...

It only supports the bottom and keeps it from moving forward and back... Even with them installed it still moved a little but it did a great job holding it in place

just installed the brackets tonight... its actually much more sturdy now. previously, when i washed my car the rear diffuser would flex in and out a lot... now it's pretty much solid.
Would recommend anyone who did MP Diffuser to install brackets... was easy and makes it much more sturdy =) |

there's a post where someone linked a pdf with the installation instructions which detail the process pretty well.... tried searching for it but couldn't dig it up... maybe you'll have more luck
