Car looks great, nice job.

Sorry if this has been asked previously, but what was the process of replacing the rear deck lip?

Did you heat the OEM lip up before pealing off? Is there any drilling involved?

No drilling involved. Its similar to removing badges. You can use a heat gun or blow dryer and carefully pull out.
The new lip comes with 3m tape, but i used extra glue since I didnt believe would've hold it. I ordered the glue online from getbmwparts dot com.

I powder coated stock wheels: gloss black.
Also added Dinan springs, exhaust, and about to install Dinan tune.
