Anyone here planning on attending this Saturday? I see 17 registered F22s. Would be cool to meet up with some other 2ers!

I'm going this year. I live near Pasadena and I somehow managed to miss Bimmerfest each year for the past 5 years, due to various reasons. Last year it was to pick up my car from BMW Welt.

I've missed it the last 3 years I've owned a BMW as well but looking forward to the experience this year! I'm sure picking up your car there was well worth it.

Last year was cool, lots of cars and quite a few people. I saw quite a few parents bring their kids and it looked like they were enjoying themselves. But that's just what i observed. It did get pretty warm last year (i had sunburns to prove it) so that's one thing to keep in mind

I think it's tough to say. This is their first year at the new location. On one hand- it's good because they were getting too big for the old location. On the other hand- they have never run the event at this new location, so there may be kinks.

I have a feeling I'll be stopping by for more than just merch.

I'm hoping there will not be gang violence, like in Waco recently. I can just see an unruly, leather-clad mob of 2-Series owners ("The Deuces") going after "The Tres" or the "OG 2002 Fully Leaded Burners".
