Insurance premium for M235i

I just got back my insurance update for replacing my 2011 128i with my 2014 M235i. The premium went up $54 per year.

Hard to believe but thank you Met Life.

Not bad.

I went up $200/year from financing an '08 335xi to leasing the '14 M235i. I thought that was pretty good. Allstate, full coverage.

I went up $350 going from a 2003 Saab 9-3 convertible (my city beater for the past 6 months). Shocking as the car is worth literally 10x as much but I am not complaining.

Made fun of the wife who has a KIA Soul, my car with zero deductible comprehensive and $200 deductible collision is only $22 more a year for the M235i. Sometimes being old pays, but not often...

My premiums went up 8 bucks a month(CAD) from my 07 GTI full coverage. Thought it was pretty good. I'm also 22 so I expected a raping.

I replaced a 2012 F30 328i and a MB SL500 with my M235i and my premium went down $1847 per year. Granted I went from two cars to one, but I was pretty pumped about that.

I'm young so I get torched on insurance unfortunately.
