Need a little advice
So I planned to to purchase and do a ED on a M235i this coming February due to some credit issues and letting some apple stock to grow. Well it looks like now I have to buy a car off the lot in the next couple days. Current 2003 Passat has a crack in the engine block . So my question is there is a a M235i at my local dealer in the color combo I want but loaded with a bunch of options I don't want or need, should I ask for more off than they are already giving.

You should always ask for a better deal when buying a new car. There's no harm at all. However, 9% off of sticker on an M235 is a pretty good price especially considering that dealer fees are included in that number.
Now it is a little more complicated that though. There are $1,250 in incentives on M235s this month. So in reality, you are buying the car from the dealer at $48,410 or a discount of 6.5%. Now sticker price margin is about 8% so there's really not too much more room in that number. you can try for 7% plus the incentives, but I doubt the dealer would move to that.
