I took my '16 Mustang GT to Carmax, to see about trading it in for a Corvette... Saw this car on the lot, and took it on a test drive just to kill some time while they appraised the Mustang. Ended up being a fan of it

It's my first BMW, and I'm starting to understand the cult following. Bummed that I couldn't get my hands on a 6MT, but at the same time, the auto seems very capable, and I've enjoyed letting it do all the gear management while I zip around

P.S.: Potbelly has a new flatbread gyro sandwich... s'gooooood

Congrats and Welcome! I'd be interested to hear some comparisons to the GT once you get a little more seat time. Been a fan of Mustangs since I had a 90' LX 5.0. Love my M235i more than any car to date. Never fails to put a smile on my face. Enjoy it!

Haha! Your story sounds so familiar. I traded my C5 corvette in for this little white bulldog called the 135i in 08.

Good move! The ZF tranny is nice, it'll allow you to munch down a gyro and cruise easily at the same time.
