Everybody is different. I personally CAN NOT sit in a seat WITH lumbar support for more then 5 minutes without getting terrible back pains.

I have a straight back and if the lumbar support on a car seat is permanent or even slightly pronounced at it’s minimum setting it will be ruled out immediately.
