Called BMWUSA customer service. Talked to three different people, none of which had any clue what i was talking about and couldn't help me other than giving me an update on my production not more detailed that i get talking to a robot.

But they are going to "look into it" and get back to me in 3-5 days.

*sigh*

You may be able to track through demo1.bmwusa.com, but it's hit or miss and tends to be very far behind.

I've been hearing "2-3 days" for the issue to be resolved for the last 2 weeks. It's still not fixed.

I've been "stuck in the loop" for about a week now and my car is scheduled to end production tomorrow.

I just checked and I'm now seeing the tracking screen with the correct color combo. 2016 M235i Vert.

Working for me now as well. Don't know if it was the fact that it just exited production, that CS actually did something to fix it, or something else. At least it works now.
