The website and 800 number were at least 3 days behind
My dealer sent me a email today about the boat

If you have the vin then go to the shipping company site and enter it in the cargo I'd box under track and trace

Also you can check the shipping schedule as well to get an idea on the boat timeframe

Dispatched to carrier 7/13/15 or 7/14/15, they weren't clear last I called but hey it's good progress!

W&W has the M/V Tiger departing for Hueneme on 7/25/15, but I'm hoping a west coast bound boat will leave before then. W&W's website is pretty terrible for boats operated under the W&W family but not branded as W&W boats (such as ARC) but W&W claims weekly dispatches from Bremerhaven to Hueneme. My experience when ordering my 135i when I was in the Bay Area was 2 days from arriving in port to being at the dealer, and it sat on the docks in Germany for about a week. Your mileage may vary.

I am right with you.

My timing was extremely lucky, as I found a dealer with a July allocation for a 2016 M235 cabrio that was still changeable - JUST in time.

I ordered my 2016 228i about a month ago and today, my CA called me to let me know that my car has started production 2 days ago. Now I just have to wait patiently. Here is what I ordered: Valencia Orange, manual transmission, black sensatec, track handling package, driver assistance package and lighting package. I can't wait to get my new car!

Update: Valencia orange 228i, sensatec oyster, sunroof... No other options. Ordered on 7/3, it was code 155 on Monday (7/20) ... Hopefully it ships soon. I might call BMW directly for an update tomorrow.

Team USA only good on 2015 vehicles, correct me if wrong but mine says NOT on the 16's

It took almost 12 weeks for my 135is to get to Tucson,Az. That includes 10 or 11 days at Port Hueneme, Ca waiting for customs and having the is parts installed. So it was about 10 weeks to get to Port Hueneme from Germany.

The wait starts again for a M235i.

Ordered my 235 on 8/6. It started production on 8/21 and will be completed by 9/1. I'm setup for PCD on 10/29, but I have a feeling it's going to get to there well before.

My CA made it seem that once you choose your dates for PCD, you're pretty much locked in. My car is in assembly and should be finished today. How likely is it that the PC could move the date of delivery up?

Order by 228i Convertible on 8 August. Website said production began 20 August and production was complete on 29 August. Website currently says the car is waiting for shipping. Dealer says it should be at the dealership around the end of September.
