I don't know for the one you linked but i can tell you that the following fits :

http://www.ezt-autoteile.de/Auspuffa...o::293124.html

If you are located in the USA, you have to contact them by email to ask if they can ship to the USA ( they only make to europe usualy ).

I fitted this diffuser with the Akrapovic M2 line.

Hmm, M2 exhaust. Does it sound a lot better than MPE when put on an M240i I wonder ...

Looks like a really nicely designed exhaust system. I'd really love to hear what it sounds like if one of you could post a clip. "Tuned" is definitely better than "loud"

thanks

With the Fabspeed Sport Cat Downpipe i have, i can assure you that the sound is absolutely crazy. I heard a M240i with Akrapovic downpipe 300 cells + Akrapovic stainless steel exhaust fitted and sounded different. The B58 sounds naturaly rasp on high RPMs and it's something harder to get on the M235i ( of course more easy with a cat bypass but i didn't want a cat bypass ). The titanium of the M2 Akra line provides this rasp touch on my M235i but with also a higher global volume, with more decibels. I think it's because the muffler size of the M2 Akra line is smaller. I drove with differents friends passenger near me and they were voiceless. On sport mode with the 4 outlets open, it sound like storm. I will try to make a video but running, not at idle because the sound at idle does not reflect the real sound running.

@Bibopp is that diffuser made from plastic or fibreglass?

Does it need painting?

From plastic and it does not necessarily need to be painted. I installed it without painting.

Yes correct.

For 500$ shipping included, it would be OK.

I can send and declare a low value ( 50$ ) and mark as gift to avoid import tax.

Interesting, did it change the sound at all? When I cover up the inner pipes it becomes a lot quieter, which kind of defeats the point.
