Muffler delete (Valved) Ypipe

Hello, I was wondering if anyone had done a Muffler delete and then added an Electronic valve.
(Like this one: http://www.ebay.com/itm/3-76mm-Elect...%257Ciid%253A1)

(or this one: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/3-in...999.264.Gb3D1m)

I was thinking of adding it to one side of the Y pipe to be able to quiet the car down and make it loud when I want.

If anyone has experience with a valve on a muffler delete Y pipe please share some information.

*(see attached image to what the current Y pipe set up is looking like.)

See what Bryan_f22 wrote in your other post on the topic. I didn't look at the kit too closely but that appears to be an exhaust dump which would not do much with your setup.

I just took a closer look. Your right the original link was for an exhaust dump setup.

if you look at the new link i was hoping to have someone install this on one side of my Y pipe. That would allow me to have it quiet down when wanted.

it wont make it any quieter... You don't have a muffler with a delete.

Put the muffler back on and use a dump valve if you want a quiet setup with optional loud, free flowing exhaust.

Bryan is completely correct. When going through the development of our Muffler Bypass System, we tested to see if bypassing the muffler and retaining the OEM valve/valve controls would make for a more premium product. In the end, we discovered that it doesn't change the sound significantly enough to justify the much higher costs by adding the valve functionality into it.
