Dinan on leased vehicle ? Pay for full or just depreciation?

If i order a car thru bmw dealer & they add / install the dinan stage 2 tune, and i am leasing the car, does the dinan tune cost go into the cars MSRP and i pay depreciation cost ? Or do i have to pay full cost for tune, and can remove it after lease is up ?

full cost, could remove after, only things that can be added to residual in lease are port installed options, and of course whatever from the factory.

So i guess Dinan is not part of the factory , sucks.

No...It's not? Dinan is a complete separate entity from BMW...

Dinan is a 3rd party company, just like BMS, ESS.. etc. There is nothing special to having a Dinan product installed at a dealer, they view it just the same as any other aftermarket part. The only thing Dinan has going for it is that they offer a 3rd party warranty that will kick in, if say, your motor blows up because of the Dinan tune and when BMW voids your warranty, Dinan would foot the bill.
