I contacted them and exchanged emails back and forth.
They were not able to provide accurate info on how the tune works, how many psi it adds,etc... so i decided to hold add the Dinan instead this week.

I will contact them again and see if i can get more info

Oh really, I was under the impression that AFEwas at 4 or 4.5. That's a huge difference then

Are you sure i was referring to afe ? Afe connects same exact way as jb stage 1.
I mentioned it in the first post. I also posted a more detailed table at the end of the first post. It is a word document .

I see you got the Mikes mixed up.

Mike from n54 tuning is the one who made these comments.

Before I created this thread, i contacted afe and they said it increases boost by 3.0

So I got the AFE scorcher and I like it and it feels like it added a bit of power, but now I'm thinking I want a bit more. What would be the next best option for me that would add a bit more power but also be super easy to install like the AFE?

Stage 1 has identical install as AFE and will give you .5 psi more (not sure it will be noticeable)

A8 and Jb4 would give you noticeable power increase but install is more complex

thanks Mike for the quick response. I thought about the jb stage 1 but figured it wouldn't be worth it for such a small gain.

as for the other two options you listed, is one easier to install than the other and what's the price difference?

A8 would be easier but has less features (stage 1.5)
JB4 is the most complete tune

I can post prices here or links... Check out our website of the vendor section

I have a question about the JB4 N55. What is the difference between the 1-2-3-4 series EWG version and the 5-6-X series EWG version ? For example if I have a 535i f10 with JB4, can I install this same JB4 on my M235i ?
I didn't find any information about that, it's just that when you want to purchase a JB4 N55 EWG you always have to choose between 1-2-3-4 version or 5-6-X version.
Thanks in advance !

JB4 is really not had to install...first time will take you like 45 min but every subsequent time you take it in and out you'll be able to do it in like 15.
