Thanks for the response.

Do you have a tune specific for the downpipe as well?

I have the BMS 1 right now but I don't think it would be sufficient once I add the dp.

I'm not sure what you mean about the jb1 not being sufficient with the dp, it will work fine, it's just a matter of how much power you want. I tried a few tuning boxes but ended up getting an ecu tune which I'm absolutely in love with.

Just meaning I wouldn't be able to take advantage of the gains as much as I would if I had a full JB4.

But I suppose you are right, there would still be more of a gain with the BMS 1 than stock (untuned) anyway.

We use a 300 cell HJS cell cat. It is Euro 6 and German TÜV approved, which makes it legal to drive in Germany.
We sold quite a few and had no complaints about CELs. Which is good as we built the DP for that exact purpose

On emissions EU/US

Whilst I could not find an exact comparision, here are a few things I learned.
In Europe, all new cars need to be Euro 6. In the US, only the fleet average needs to comply to the strict standards. I could not find regulations on a "this car is allowed to drive" base.
Plus, these numbers say nothing about the exact emissions on a specific car.

Euro 6 emission limits (petrol):
US California LEV 2 for cars up to MJ 2016

CO - 1.0 g/km = 1.61 g/mi
4.2 g/mi

HC - 0.10 g/km = 0.16 g/mi
not measured in US

NOx
0.06 g/km = 0.096 g/mi
0.07 g/mi

PM (Particulate matter)
0.005 g/km (Direct Injection only) = 0.008 g/mi
0.01 g/mi

So only the NOx is a tad over. Again, that has nothing to say about the car itself. In conclusion I'd say they are along the same line.

Export price is around $1,400, depending on exchange rate.

Is your downpipe the same as HJS 300 cell one (90 81 2010) I reviewed HERE ?

In order to keep the german TÜV homoligation our product is built by HJS. We offer our own design on the catless downpipes for the export market.

In addition to our own 200-cell HJS cat downpipes which maximize performance, we just received a few HJS 90 81 2010 Euro 6 catted downpipes. As a master distributor for HJS, we wanted to not only check this part out but offer it in addition should it be anyone's preference if meeting stricter emissions is the primary goal.

Here are some pics if anyone would like to see:

Are you going to be dynoing this to compare to your own unit?

We don't have access to a vehicle to do the testing, and we're more into our own performance catted downpipe when it comes to in house installs. We just plan to offer these for anyone who wants them.
