Bad Differential?

I have a 2016 BMW M235i xdrive and recently noticed an issue when making sharp turns at a low speed. The car jerks and struggles to move only when turning as if the tires are locking up. Because this only happens when I turn Im assuming the issue is in the front? Also, this issue only happens when the car is under a load, if lifted I don’t hear or see anything. Ive been stumped on this issue for quite a while and could really use any help or hints on helping me determine on what it might be.

Update:
When lifted on four jack stands and put on drive the front left wheel seemed to struggle and it also seems like that’s where the issue is due to that being where noise comes from when turning. So, I replaced the CV axle joint and still nothing. Issue is still there

I'd suggest taking to a trusted mechanic for a proper diagnosis. Too often do-it-yourselfers throw parts at problems instead of getting a proper diagnosis. The problem you describe suggests to me that there is not enough slip between the front and rear drives, so maybe a transfer case issue.
