Stay away from "ZappySales" on Amazon

Bought some detailing products from them. Arrived damaged, no refund, owner or some rep started calling my cell and emailing everyday with ton of pure bullshit. Got refunded from Amazon directly. Also never withdraw a claim with Amazon IF seller asks you to before providing a resolution

Thats the good thing about Amazon is they themselves have pretty good customer service. Rarely have an issue using Amazon.

Yeah. Once I filed a claim, Amazon gift carded me asap. That's when none stop calls started from seller asking me to withdraw the claim, guy lied to me that he refunded money to my bank account already and I must cancel my claim etc.
