Run flat tires are listed as a no cost accessory.

Awesome!

I have Super Sports on my 135is and they are excellent tires. Good change from BMW.

My '08 135i was tremendous bang for the buck...and I know this will be too. But this is still a big number for a 2-series. $51K.

Hating the color options, best I could do. Likely holding out for MY16 or LCI.

Heavy!!

Beautiful car, so much nicer looking than the 1 series. However, it is heavier - the M235i is 150lb heavier than a 135is coupe. No wonder they had to give it 320lb stock otherwise it would have been slower than its predecessor LOL.

Overall I really like it, but disappointed at the weight gain.

I'll have mine (convertible) in MW/Coral please.

Will they come with a spare if they don't have run flats?

Good taste, I'm leaning towards Glacier with red also. What color is your X1, ours is Mineral White.

I'm happy to see people choosing the car with a manual transmission it should be a really good car and with the prices of the 3 and 4 series this car is pretty good...my lease is up next year and I'm hoping by then they have a m235i gran coupe (sedan, however you wanna call it) for now
M235i
Mineral Grey
Manual Transmission
Premium Package
Technology Package (maybe)
Black Leather
Hex trim
I wish there were better color options, the Valencia Orange, Midnight Blue Metallic and deep sea blue metallic all look awesome

P.S i thought the Midnight blue metallic was a darker blue almost black, but on the configurator looks greenish does anyone has a bmw this color? thanks

$50,525. Maybe I'm crazy but that makes me wonder should I get a new m235i or a used m3?

Used m3 if you can afford the maintenance which isn't much and the gas bill which is a lot more.

Keeping it simple. I love a moon roof, but not all the other junk you have to get to have it.

I would have it this way! Alpine white and a manual. Pick up BMS tuning box for another $380 and a LSD and you would have a fun little daily driver that can hit 60 in <5 seconds. However for the time being I am going to stick with my e30 M3.

Here's mine:

Black Sapphire Metallic
Manual Transmission
Cold Weather Package
Premium Package

I was #1 after the demo car for David Aviles, and it was supposed to have started production last week.

It is finally showing up in the owner's circle on BMW USA, but no details on how far along it is at this point.

My guess is that it should be about done by now.

Why are there so many more color choices for 228? Because it's the mainstream model? More exterior and interior choices than the 3 series even?

And why is Valencia Orange limited to non-M sport - that seems contrary to the logic that you want people to move up-market for the exclusive / interesting color choices. I can just imagine the posts about people smoking a VO 1M, but it was 'just' a 228.

Prices are right around 3 series territory, so the 320i is still the entry point for the brand, but this gives a more affordable coupe option since the 4 has gone upmarket.
