Rear seat question/possible part number

Not to sure what section to put this in so general it is.

I’m after the part circled in the picture.
I don’t know if it can be removed without taking all of the covering off the back of the seat it’s self
Or
If it can be purchased
Or
It’s a very universal part across all car manufactures.

I’m in the process of making a new seat delete for the new rear cage we are having fitted.
The current one works very well and I’m basically trying to replicate it.
It uses the seat realise mechanism with pictured part to hold the carpeted MDF in position.

I bought the current seat delete from a company and they just made their own bracket but I’m not in a position to do that really as I don’t have the correct tools.

Any ideas?

Yes I still have my original back seats but don’t fancy ripping the carpet to find it has been welded to the seat back
