Right next to the brody knob on your steering wheel.

where did you have it done?
Mom and pop shop in a small town I used to work in. Shop around for a spot like that if you can. It took about 15 minutes to do.

Not sure why I asked. I'd have my son the master tech do it.

Obviously, I'm reflecting on our muscle car days, back in the '60's.

I recall a few cars in town that had cutouts. They were illegal, or course, unless opened up on a drag strip or race track - beyond nasty noisy. Ear damaging noisy.

What? Can you repeat that, please?

I felt the same way when I got the m240 back in February. Wasn't quite the sound I wanted. Did the Dinan midpipe and haven't regretted it yet. Basically a resonator delete, but with a full 3" pipe from cat to stock exhaust. Full exhaust was pricey and didn't impress me enough for the $$$.

That's more like it. Is that mid pipe on stock exhaust, or on MPE?

The way I looked at it was, I knew I would get the midpipe anyway. So, why not do the first and cheapest option to see if it is enough. It was for me. $500 midpipe and I love the sound enough to stop there. I get a lot of compliments, and people are amazed it was just with a midpipe/resonator delete.

Cold start is loud, but only for a few seconds.
