Do I see it right that Deepsea Blue is not available if you choose M?

Why is BMW limiting the color options so much?

Thanks in advance too.
Just type in 'bmw f20 1 series m-performance wheels' on google images and you will see it from many angles hehe.. It's the same 20" M-performance wheel for the F30, but it's just 19"..

I don't know what's up with viewing pics on here on the iPad. Mine also doesn't show certain pics. The visualiser link also links me to the BMW homepage too on the iPad, but works fine on my pc or laptop..weird

Something about the M performance wheels look funny to me, how about you?

Too aftermarket? Doesn't look like a bmw? I would like to see them modeled on the M235 first but so far leaning toward the stock 18's

Can anyone model the M-Performance wheels on the 235?

+1. Would like to see it photoshopped on..

I too prefer the stock 18s and it seems like the 19s won't suit the M235i. But I need to see it first..

Ahhhh yes those are nice - basically a silver/black paint scheme on a CSL-esque wheel. I like those...dare I ask how much the damn things are ?

And +1 on the iPad - the pics always work on my work PC or my home laptop. Just not always on the iPad...

When you're on the laptop or at work (i.e. not on the 'pictureless' ipad lol), go to this link from the F20 1 series thread here..

http://f20.1addicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=902947

One of the South African members took some pictures of the M-performance parts M135i and its pricelist, at the 2013 Johannesburg International Motor show (which finished today).

Even though the price is in rands, you will gain some perspective of the price in comparison to the car itself and to the other M-performance parts. Also look at the insane total price of the car compared to the base price lol..

I just looked it up on the old laptop and those are the ones I had seen earlier - thanks for the help by the way.

I like those much better than the standard 18s. If they aren't astronomical - that will seal the deal for me

No problem.

I have no choice but to stay with the 18s. If the M235i manages to actually stay at the leaked prices from the SA configurator, then I will be at the limit of my budget with a few basic options (FINGERS CROSSED!!)

But I've really grown to like the 18s more on the M235i than the M135i, which is weird. I'm a not a huge fan of that gunmetal finish though. I could learn to live with it though.

See I actually like the looks of the 18 - I just can't stomach the gunmetal....I too will be learning to live with it though if the performance wheels are ungodly expensive.

I have looked at a lot of pics with these wheels on the M135 and the gunmetal looks dark in some, but not so much in others. Need to see them in person - it's too bad BMW doesn't offer the option of the stock wheel, but you can pick whether of not you want the gunmetal finish.

The 18s would be hot with a nice bright silver finish.

Yeah it would be really cool if they would offer that option, like they do with some of their other wheels. A bright machine-finished wheel would definitely look good..

I have seen many of these 18s in person and I've never liked them. They look especially dark in person (sorry about that!).. It suits the M235i better though..

You could always go aftermarket. I personally don't like that option.

I don't like the aftermarket option either - I think I would consider painting the 18s if I were forced to go in that direction.

And thanks for letting me know that they're darker in person - even more reason to try and get the 19s.

I'm assuming saddle brown is the old Terra? I want this with Estoril blue. Hope it looks as good as I think. I may also do oyster with EBII

Does anyone know if the Msport 228i seats will have lumbar support without premium package? Will there be electronic controls? this was one of the problems when F30 came out. you had to upgrade to premium in the 228i to get lumbar support.

I'm so Torn also with the manual transmission. I haven't owned it in a car but understand the fun factor. I'm always driving sport manual in my 335 I and 8 gears seems like too much.

No, terra is not the same as saddle brown. Terra was replaced by chestnut on the E90 LCI

Saddle was an E92 only color and is very much like the name implies the color of a saddle or a baseball glove.

Tera and chestnut both have more orange and brick hues

So I'm assuming the "Terra" in the 2er visualizer and the "Terracotta" leather in the 1er are the same (or very similar)

With the M4 US ordering guide having a cloth option I hope we can get cloth on the M235i here, although Scott said Europe only!

One can dream though

Anyone find it weird how the M4 ordering guide is out yet the 2 series is not (for the USA) yet the car begins production next month!

I had Terracota on a 2004 X3 and it was almost orange and nothing like what is shown in the 2 series pictures. I also have Saddle on my E93 and its great color but the Terra looks darker and I plan on ordering it. Just because they have the same name doesn't mean they will be the same, maybe it is but with a different design interior it could be different.

Yes Tera has orange in it. Pictures are deceiving in the configuration. I'm sure they won't use the same designation for different shades of leather

I'm at the dealership for service and see the Terra. Yes, it looks great like chestnut. The Saffle brown is here also and has more orange to it. No orange at all with Terra.

I'm also liking coral red all of the sudden. Is an EBII and coral red car too tacky?
