While the incident was caused by someone using poor judgment, why give them the opportunity to possibly panic and run into your fender? Just slowing down and waiting for them to clear costs you only a few seconds and might keep your pretty car dent free longer.

Bad drivers like the SUV driver in the video need to be taught a lesson, by honking and humiliation.
Not silently letting them off the hook in the name of "courtesy".

What the OP should have done is to STOP his car before the possible impact zone, honk like hell and let the idiot driver know their idiocy so they don't do it again and kill someone.
