First post...my 2018 M240i 6MT Convertible next to the 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder GTS 5-spd that it is replacing.

This is my first BMW. The Spyder was lots of of fun...very elemental and connected with the stick and no stability control, however the BMW is clearly in a different class. My son is inheriting the Spyder.

It took almost 3 months to order the M240i, and it was totally worth it.

The grey mirror caps had to go...they are black now. And it now has a European passenger side mirror glass to replace the one I broke getting it off (oops). And also the M-Performance pedals, which were a bit nerve-wracking to install after the mirror incident but went great. Winter tires are coming next week.

So far I am blown away by the M240i and am thoroughly enjoying it.
