I'm looking into leasing a 228 LCI in the future and just wanted to get real world info from people who are currently leasing it. In the build on bmwusa.com I have Alpine White/Coral, M Sport, Premium, Lighting and Assistance Packages with MT. It comes out to about 41.5k which I imagine when the LCI comes out will be around 42k. I'm planning on 36 months @ 12k miles year and probably zero down.

I have no experience with leasing so I'd like to know what you are paying on your lease if you are leasing with similar prices build and terms. I understand not wanting to put your info on public display so just please PM me. Even if you aren't leasing but know the in and outs of leasing and know what I should be expecting/can negotiate down to I'd appreciate any feedback.

That would be in the high 400 range without a discount. Maybe even low 500s. But that also depends on when you get it (residuals can change at any time, and there are awesome rebates from november to february) so that could easily put you into the mid or low 400s.
