I'm getting the 228 and the car just arrived at the dealer yesterday, supposed to be taking delivery today or tomorrow...The thought of getting the upgraded wheels didn't even occur to me but now that I've thought about it I'm not the biggest fan of the stock 17"s. When I called my salesman a week ago he said it was too late to upgrade to the 18" wheels since the car is already on its way. Is it really too late or is he just saying that to be done with the deal?

It's too late to add from the factory yes. You could buy them through the dealer and they could install them for you but it'd cost you. Might as well just upgrade after you take delivery.

Too bad I just bought a set of winter wheels and tires (17's). Otherwise I would have bought them from you. Much prefer OEM to anything else.
