Honestly I am extremely interested in the new Alfa Romeo Giulia. I know that it is a completely different vehicle, but I think that it will definitely be an M3 killer. There are so many M3's on the road now I could never drive one, plus it comes in AWD and it is SEXY as hell. I would get this to replace my 09 Audi and BMW 135i

I'm out now. Got an awesome deal on an M135i. Not an M car but will give me 7-8/10 of the M2 for 1/2 the price.
My uk deal was £2k deposit and £299 a months. At launch my M235i with M Perf kit was twice that already. Not knocking the M2, I have a feeling I'll be having one at some point. Waiting longer to see what happens with the pinkelephantunicorn M2 CSL. Not long to wait now. It will look and drive amazingly.

The rumored / confirmed N55 is the biggest letdown, after that it's the lack of CF roof followed by the seats.
I'm leaning toward an M3 based on the above, seems like the better value (no options needed on the M3 other then metallic paint, adaptive suspension and 19 inch wheels) |

Having said that, that version of the N55 could end up being more closely related to the S55 than to a "base tune" N55 |

Crap colours, boring black interior, M235i seats with M logo, very likely just the N55 engine.
Extremely happy with my F80 choice, 3 months in and never looked back. |

Not trying to be a jerk, honestly curious. Why are you on this board if you hate the M2 so much? Why not go hang out in the F80 board?

There was just too many disappointing facts coming up in my opinion of course. I'm still stoked for all the guys waiting for it and looking forwards to seeing their cars arrive. |

I've been looking on in here now and then and im interested, told my dealer to call me with prices etc. when he knows. But what's the deal with seats? Haven't read this?
I'm torn just because I feel the "2" doesn't have that quality feel I want. I'll need to see it and want it before ill know! |

So much of this is going to depend on the msrp. If they announce it to be 50 - 52, I don't think anyone should be complaining about what this car is lacking. Assuming what we know so far is accurate.
