I was discussing this with my dealer, and was advised not to bother with the ZF8 as its pointless.. with the manual it was highly recommended, but mine is the ZF8, so I decided against it and I trust my salesman, have done for over 10 years, and he has tried both.

I am not understanding your post, I'm sure it's just me as I'm kinda slow, lol. Anyway, what's pointless? The ZF8 or the LSD w/ the ZF8? And what's the reasoning behind that as opposed to the need for LSD with a manual?

Or you could takeover a heavily discounted lease on an a much more powerful f80 M3 in Austin Yellow and carbon structure seats. Just sayin'.

I agree. My loaded 228ix is more than enough for me. That's why it got picked over the M235 and M2 in R&T. Better balance and easier to handle on the twisties.
