228i Front Bumper Suggestions
Bone stock DEC13 made '14 228i
So have finally obliterated my front bumper enough by scraping on parking curbs and stops. Per the picture I have rigged the remaining bits together while I decide what to do. I think I can get away with replacing just the pieces circled and will just be much more carful in the future. BUT would love to get an opinion on perhaps another option to go with or if my approach is the right one. Thanks very much in advance. Bob |

I want to do the M Sport bumper conversion but it's a pain to try and get a parts list together for it. I'm trying to keep my fogs so it isn't so basic. I always end up hitting the corners of the bumper.

Yep trying to avoid that - paint, major surgery (removing a shock absorber, etc).
Besides - owning it - coming up on 3 years so probably looking to swap it out and large investments not high on my list. |

I am glad I have the parking nannies on my 235. I have gotten into the habit of hitting the Park Distance Control button when I pull into a parking space so I can hopefully save my front bumper.
