Does anyone think the likely hood to see the 2 series coupe in Canadian dealer showrooms by this time next year is slim?
I've been looking at ordering a 1 series but the dealer said I would have to wait till march most likely, by then I'm thinking we'll have the details on the 2 series and I'll have regret my decision. |

The render looks very nice.
If BMW builds this and offers it with a 3.0 NA or turbo then it WILL be my next BMW. If not a 3.0, then at least a higher tune N20 2.0T, I'll still take it. BUT, if they price this 4 door at the same pricing as a current 3 series, then no. I came out of a 09 135i and now drive a 2013 335i Msport. MSRP was $52K. BTW, it's about freaking time BMW starts talking about the replacement. It would be MUCH better if they started actually showing the new 2 door coupe as well. Why does this have to be a "gran coupe"? Will there be a 1/2 series sedan also? I ask because BMW "gran coupes" cost MORE than their 4 door starting points. The 3 series gran coupe will be priced higher than the standard 3 series sedan. |

Because all of the indications and hints seem to be that the M2 or 2M will be a high strung 4cyl. See below: Quote:
