Has anyone bought the 2015 weather tech mats and fitted them in their 2016, specifically 228i/M235i RWD coupe. I know it should fit without a problem since there are the same but just want to avoid the hassle of returns/exchange bs.

I believe someone said it was counter clock-wise, but I could be mistaken. I have the mats and stuff sitting on my spare bedroom at the moment because the car is still at the dealership waiting for the front lip to get painted for install and prep for delivery. I'll find out for sure next week.

The mats are great. Perfect for my use. I unfortunately have a gravel driveway so I do track in bits of dirt, and small bits of gravel. When you remove them however, do so carefully as popping them out can spill all of that detritus into your floorboard where you'll need to clean it out regardless as if the mat weren't there to begin with.
Otherwise, GREAT purchase and totally worth it. After emptying out my mats and ding a super quick dustvac over my floorboard, my car looks just as new as on the floor of the dealership. |

I picked up my new 230i on Saturday and ordered the Weathertech floor liners, trunk liner, and windshield shade immediately. I got them yesterday and installed everything right away. I opted to leave the trunk liner intact for now so I don't have access to the attachment points for the net or the cargo hooks. I am still undecided if I want to compromise the integrity of the liner. Has anyone made cuts in the trunk liner? I have Weathertech on all my cars, it is the first thing I buy when we purchase a car. Excellent product.
