Latest iDrive update? Has anyone seen it for download?

Has anyone seen any posts about the latest iDrive update available for the 2 series? It looks like BMW has finally released an update, but I don't see anything available on the bmw.com/update site.

Probably you mean iDrive 5.0 released in July 2017. Only avealiable for 7/2017+ models.

I just downloaded and installed an update to my 2014 iDrive. It's UPD05074 and I think it came out in the last week or so. The previous version was UPD05073.

Just checked. Looks like mine is up to date, but checked my VIN for my X3 and 5074 is available for an update.

Applied the bin update. Only thing I saw that was added when you check the new software version were the words "ADD-ON" then VERSION 2.55.70.

Couldn't see any new features so presumably only stability added and probably Bluetooth device enhancements.
