Wow, one major change that would have affected me...

You used to be able to add Parking assist for $500 and get Park Distance Control for free. Now, you are required to add the Driver Assistance Package for $950 in order to get Parking assist.

Also, it looks like you can't get auto highbeams without the premium package (which would have given you an auto-dimming mirror for free), which I believe you used to be able to for 2014. I know some folks on here took advantage of that for 2014.

What is also different is the Cold Weather Package is now $700 which includes the headlight washers. Use to be $550 with just the heated seats and steering wheel. Also, Enhanced Bluetooth feature is now a standalone option and not included in the Tech Package for $500.

Also interesting, 0-60 times have changed... or maybe the way they test has changed. Also added the weight in case anyone is interested:

2014 M235i
0-60 Automatic: 4.8 sec | Weight: 3535 lbs
0-60 Manual: 4.9 sec | Weight: 3505 lbs

2015 M235i:
0-60 Automatic: 4.6 sec | Weight: 3535
0-60 Manual: 4.8 sec | Weight: 3505

Looks like they are just being less conservative with their estimates to match the values that reviews have been posting up for the M235i. For the xDrive version, yes that's supposed to be .2 seconds faster for 0-60. I think it's safe to say the 2014 M235i should have been listed at the same 0-60 as the 2015 one as nothing has changed between the two (hp, weight, torque).

Based on the configurator photos, no longer any ///M logos on the fenders. Guess I face lifted mine by debadging

I think there are still some bugs though

2015 228i xDrive Coupe with the M Sport shows the M suspension calibration as being included (when you tooltip over it) but thats not what the ordering guide says.

I wonder if they did realize that it's silly to throw on some cheap sticky badges on the fenders and did away with it entirely or if it's just not showing up on the configurator. I debadged the side ///M's as well during the first week. I have yet to decide if and when I'm doing the rear debadge. The rear doesn't bother me as much as the flimsy side ones did but I may remove it at some point.

We should start to see 2015 deliveries in the coming weeks so shouldn't take long to see if this is something that they carried over.

He does... not a US spec but if it's all the same then the badges carry over.

I was very iffy on the rear but was in debadge mode so just went for it. Looks a million times better IMO.

Wondering if they changed the base Stereo for MY15. Configurator Interior shots of the M235 x-Drive A-pillar show a missing tweeter, indicative of the base model radio. This car typically came with the Mid-Range sound system as standard. 8-speaker with subs under the seats.

If this is true, would absolutely require HK upgrade as the base stereo is terrible.

Surprising, though. I always assumed cars with Active Sound would come standard with full-range sound system.

Did you debadge just the M or the entire M235i? Can you post a pic? I'm thinking of debadging everything.

It looks like the AWD and RWD versions come with the same suspension.

If so, that would be a change from the F30 3 series.

I've read that the ZF8 was tweaked slightly for 2015s (see the F15 forum) resulting in slightly faster 0-60 times for the F15. Wonder if this is related.

No clue but the 0-60 times were way understated to begin with. C&D got 4.3 seconds 0-60 time on a 2014.
