Also, is the stiching on the wheel standard or an optional wheel? (Mine is still sitting at the dock in Bremerhaven)

It looks like OP has the M2 wheel since it has colored stitching and M2 paddles. The M240i has black stitching and different paddles for the ZF tranny.

Yes its an M3 wheel, i prefer this one than the origin, paddles, stiching M and the opening on the lower branch. But i will made a new wheel with stiching alcantara, lether, and red ring on the top like the original performance wheel

Beautiful car and pictures!
I have a 2018 230xi on order and one thing I've wondered with the gauges, do they turn Amber when the car is in the dark? Really like this in my 335. It SEEMS like the F22 LCI gauges are always white as I've not seen a picture showing them any other way.

For the fiting, it will be OK too, but you need more time than OEM products. For the front, you need some double face 3M better than they put inside your order For the back, you need to remove the rear bumper to put the carbon one diffuser, like this exemple : |

Hmm without a Day / Night comparison I believe it is just the needles that change color where previously the entire gauge would change from white to amber?
