Does Exhaust Flap open/close immediately for what mode your in?

I have an MPE with jb4. I had my exhaust flap unplugged for awhile but I need it functional again and can’t figure out the way to check if it’s working? Took it to dealer but they said it’s fine and it doesn’t open or close instantly and takes a bit.
Anyone know how fast the flap works when goignfrom sport + to auto?

Wierd update. It will not respond to any mode changes but I can open and close it with my hand. Maybe the solenoid is blown?

Not even eco-pro lol? did you cover the exhaust flap connection to make sure it didn't get dirt or water in it?

If the Valve is moving freely but it is not opening its most likely the motor attached to the valve.
The valve Should open on Cold starts. And also when in sport or Sport+ mode. If your parked and turn it to Sport mode..u might half to give it a couple small revs for it to recognize.

Yeah I think the motor is trashed. There’s no resistance to opening and closing it and it rattles a ton.
