Random Question - Is there a Difference in the Pure Stage 1 and the Dinan upgrade turbo kit? is dinan just sourcing them from Pure and re-branding/selling it? Are these a vargas turbo? Just curious. Lots of positive feedback about the Pure turbo set ups.

IIRC Dinan does not source them from Pure or VTT.

Pure has been great so far for our customers. Biggest thing about Dinan that is good is it's CARB compliant. If that's not a concern (which it likely won't be since you are in Canada) Pure is another great option.

Most guys go with PS2 though since the itch for more power will always be there. You could always run the PS2 at a lower boost and have that extra room if you so desire. My .02

I'd recommend the PS2 unless you are really 10000% set on a stage 1 upgrade.
