Same car, new pics.

About two weeks ago I decided to cruise through the mountains here in Temecula and brought my camera along. As you can see absolutely nothing has changed exterior wise; except for a mangled M Performance front splitter. I did however add some more "go". The mod list is below with some future mods. My ETA for what I have planned is June. Hope you guys enjoy the (somewhat redundant) pics.

Project ///M235i

Modifications:
Engine:
PURE Stage 1 w/HF Inlet
JB4 w/EWG + FF Wires
BMS Intake
VRSF Catless DP

Cosmetic:
BMW Performance Gloss Black Kidney Grilles
BMW M Performance Front Lip Splitter
BMW M Performance Carbon Fiber Trunk Spoiler
iND Painted Front/Rear Reflectors
iND Painted Mirror Covers
iND Painted Matte Black Emblems

Suspension:
H&R Sport Lowering Springs
Macht Schnell Competition Wheel Spacers (15mm Front & Rear)

Upcoming mods:
Meth Kit (April)
Custom CP (April)
Custom DP (April)
FMIC (April)
Full Aero (June)
Rim/Tire (June)

Slowly but surely were getting there.

Top of the mountain when coming in through Rancho Cal...

First stop, decided this was a pretty cool spot for a quick pic..

My favorite stop...

I had never been this way before, decided to just drive. I could tell I was going the right way though lol

Another pit stop on the side of the road...

I wish I would've had a better lens, a wide angle maybe. The mountain side was beautiful and would've made for a great background, the contrast was amazing. I only brought my 50mm and only had a few feet before I hit a wall/hill.

Another area I had never driven through before...

And back to where I started.

Pulled over snapped this pic....

Turned around and snapped these...

Back down the mountain into town...

It was one of those RARE moments when the wife was gone with my daughters and my son was at a friends house. Whats a guy to do home all alone, get out and go for a drive.

Hope you guys enjoyed the pics

agreed, somehow you make these terrible oem wheels work. The profile shots really show how beautiful the 2 is.

Your car looks amazing!!!! The stance is just perfect. Not too low and definitely not stock high. The contrast of the spoiler, wheels grilles and splitters works extremely well with the Alpine White paint. If I had a M235i, I'd want it to look this way exactly.

Looks absolutely stunning!!! I'm always searching for a great road so may have to get out there sometime! Quick question for ya.......how are you liking the VRSF DP? Haven't seen too many people talk about it and was thinking about getting it myself.

Great pictures. Car looks awesome. I'm in Irvine and always looking for fun drives. They are few and far between here in OC/Socal. I just recently drove Angeles Crest HW2. It was amazing. I definitely recommend it. I'm curious where that is you took those pictures? Know of any great drives in your area? Paved only =)

A few miles east of Angeles Crest there is Glendora Mountain Road (one of the best So Cal has to offer) and San Gabriel Canyon Road. Both tons of fun!

Thanks everyone, appreciate the feedback. Especially how I made the OEM wheels work. In stock ride height and without the spacers they reminded me of bicycle wheels lol. If anyone wants to come down and take a cruise through this same route PM me and lets set something up. I'm always up to meeting some fellow 2 owners.

Your car looks so clean. Any rubbing with the spacers and springs? I am more worried about the front when turning full lock.
