Beautiful car. I love the rims. Do you just opt to keep the ED tourist plate? How does that work?

Thank you for the compliment guys

The wheel/tire specs are...
Front: 18x8 ET40 w/tire 225/40/18
Rear: 18x9 ET50 w/tire 245/35/18
Both wheels are pretty light @ 17.5 lbs each!

When you take your car in for shipping in Germany, they ask you if you want to keep the euro plates on or not. You tell them you do, and then they put a note on to keep them on the car.

As long as you have the sticker/documents on the front windshield (which I took off right before taking these pictures), you can have the euro plates on for 90 days. I now have the CA license plate on (which drops the coolness by a bit lol).

AH thats awesome! Hey at least you get to parade around for those precious 90 days. Very cool, thanks for the answer. I want to do Euro Delivery on an M2.

Oh, forgot to ask. During those 90 days did you get hassled at all by your local PD? Just curious.

Nice! I think that is a nice drop. It's not overly aggressive where you can't see any space between the wheel and the wheel arch.

Well, technically as soon as your DMV plates arrive, you HAVE to put them on, both front and back. DMV has up to 90 days to send them to you. I got mine in less than a month from the California DMV.

The cops usually won't care if you're driving around in these German zoll plates. They won't actively pull you over as soon as they spot you with one (at least here in SoCal). I've been pulled over only once myself (out of hundred of times cops drove past me). But honestly, it's probably all due to luck. I bet there are some members out there who got pulled over multiple times....

Oh, if you tell the cops that you haven't gotten your DMV plates in the mail. They can actually run your VIN through their system to find out if/when the DMV has sent out the plates. At least it's a fix it ticket. Cheap if you fix it, expensive if you don't....

Gotcha. Still a very cool conversation piece as it hangs on your garage wall. I'd slap em on at a car meet in the lot that would be cool imo

Wow, the cops can be real assholes huh?
Luckily I was never pulled over and hassled (had the euro plates on for only a little over a month)

I dont have much going on inside, so didnt take pics...

-Carbon fiber shift knob
-2 dash cams
-M performance floor mats

are the only things I got.

This is what I got for the floor mats, but for some reason they dont have a picture.
