I have pretty much the same build MG M235i. It's is a sharp looking car, but it needs a few things to really pull out the beauty of the car. The Orbital Grey 436M wheels needed to go right away. It is an ugly looking wheel and the fact that it is basically the same color as the car drove me crazy. I swapped them out for black VMR V710 within days of getting the car. The car came equipped with black grills already which makes a huge difference.

That paired with a few performance mods: JB4 stage 2 and an ER DP/CP really opens up the car to it's true potential. I'm still looking into suspension options. I'm staying away from the H&R springs. The spring rate is too soft and it lowers the car too much, which leads to people experiencing blown oem shocks when paired with their springs.

Let me know what you end up going with for suspension. I dont want to do the wheels and tires until I do the suspension. From all the pictures I have seen, going 19" with stock ride height looks odd. And im hesitant to spend $1000 on coilovers for a lease. Then again I can probably sell the coilovers when my lease is up.

Where'd you purchase the MPE? Who installed it?

MPE was purchased from my dealer when I got the lease. The price of the MPE was rolled into my monthly payments. They installed for me. Dealer was the BMW Gallery in Norwood MA

VMR 710 with the standard 19" setup and some Hankook Evo2 tires are in the mail and will be in on Tuesday. Also have the H&R springs, M performance front lip and IND double slat front grill arriving next week as well. Will probably try and get everything installed within the next two weeks.

She's all done! For now....

Double Slat front grills and M performance from lip went on over Friday. It makes the car look that much more aggressive. Going to keep her like this for a while.

I feel like you are holding back some photos. You have to have more than 3!!!

The 19's work really well with your setup. Car is looking great and your photos are very well done.

Did you get your chrome tips yet? I got those for my EBII 235 & they're sharp. Got em from a very popular ebayer with killer prices. Check there if you haven't purchased yet.

Can you post a side shot of your car showing the wheels?

(And hey now.. don't think I didn't notice them water spots on the trunk. What is THAT all about? Good god man! LOL)

Totally messing with ya - great lookin' vehicle. Only reason I didn't go MG is it would have been gray/silver car #4. And, here in CT, it seems every other car on the road is some shade of silver or gray. I love BMW's MG. Just killer

I originally wanted EB or Red but couldnt find one with the specs I wanted in Manual, and I couldn't get as good a deal as I got if I custom ordered it. My last car was mineral grey as well, I like it much better on this car though.
