Obd II can flap module

Anyone tried one of these yet?

http://www.burgertuning.com/f_series...odule_BMW.html

I have mpe but it's needs more midrange grunt like the m2/m4

Is there any other way of opening both exhausts without buying this?

Thanks

You can unplug it from underneath, near the exhaust. At least on the 235 but not 100% sure it's there on the 240.

Easy way to tell would be look at the mpe for the 240- if there's a solenoid with a plug it's there

Interesting. What happens if you unplug the module?
Does it open both pipes or does the second pipe never open?

Great, I have 235, where about do I unplug it? Is it the same as the golf T mod like on the 135?

I also have m performance exhaust on, can it still be done?

Thanks

Very helpful. Thanks. Appears that if you want the valve open you must disconnect it after the engine is warm? Anyway, after reading the mixed opinions/results. I'll leave mine alone.

Thanks, so it'll remain open permanently? No need to connect and disconnect again?

Does it sound much better now in comfort mode now that both are open?

I have the module and I have really enjoyed it. It is convenient, elegant, and easy to turn on and off. The impact isn't earth shattering, but I can absolutely notice a difference.

Yes, you can shimmy under your car to physically unplug the valve, but make sure the ensuing dangling plug is secured to something so it doesn't become damaged.
