I have had 9 M’s and 135 + Z4s etc

The M2 has the worst Ride of them all (stock that is)

Hmm I’ll have to check out the suspension on mine next time it’s on a lift because if anything I think the car is too soft

I found these from when my car was getting an oil change. It looks stock to me 🤔

Is the stock set up ... set up differently for different markets ?

I can`t relate to most of the opinions here, am more than happy with my stock car

I don`t modify my road cars, just set them up to manufacturer alignment specs. on premium brand tyres at stock pressures (apart from FWD where I run higher rear pressures)

I put H&R super sport springs and saw improvement on the road and on track. More supple for road bumps, much less harshness, and better turn-in on track. I also put Vorachlag camber plates in and have been quite happy with increased turn in and mid-corner control using the throttle.

This sounds like a lead in for an aftermarket suspension commercial.

OP, did you check the car-fax on your purchase to ensure it wasn't involved in any kind of accident? Or maybe the previous owner was a real track fiend and put some serious stress on the stock suspension.

Have never felt what you are describing, this car is rock solid on stock suspension. There is always a bias for over/under steer depending on how the car is set up, but nothing major. An I don't think I've ever even noticed any kind of serious body roll.
