Worth Keeping Old Interior

Hi gents getting the M Performance stuff fitted to car next week, is it really worth keeping the original steering wheel, trim gear knob, etc giving refitting costs of say original steering wheel back to stock from race display, and it's worth to anyone to just buy the old steering wheel (without airbag) thinking just leave it with the Dealers?

Cheers

Keep it to return to stock when ready for new car, or sell it here in the FS Forums! If you leave it with the dealer, they will just sell it and pocket the money.

Don't leave it at the dealer. If you want to give it away, sell it for cheap on the forum.

Did you buy the car or lease it? If you bought it, then you should be able to sell the M performance parts separately and make some money when you decide to sell the car.

You could also try to sell the stock parts. If you have the M sport wheel someone may want it over the standard wheel, etc.

I guess the real worth of retaining original parts would to be able to refit/resell the M Performance stuff when I move on, can't see much of a market or a lot of value in the original equipment.

Five cents to the dollar is better than $0.00.
