Help! PDC sensors not working (vinyl wrapped car)

Hello I was wondering if anyone else has ever wrapped their car with the parking sensors. My parking sensors don't work. When I am close to something backing up they do not beep. Anyone have any idea how to fix? or have experience with wrapping their car and PDC sensors.

did they accidentally wrap them? I'm not surprised. Take a razor blade and lightly make a cutout around the sensor.

Yes they wrapped over them. But if i cut them out do i have to remove the wrap over the sensor? then that will show the original color of the car...

I have a clear bra over mine and they are functioning normally. Vinyl wrapping should not affect them either too. I'm guessing they took off the bumper to wrap it and forgot to plug the sensors in again. That or maybe if they were doing a wet application they got water into the plugs or something. Either of these cases should trigger a PDC fault though on your iDrive so I have no idea really. This definitely has nothing to do with the wrap itself though, because if it was it would beep non-stop.

^^ exactly what Gabrola said.
I would take it in to a dealer and have the look at the system - dont be surprised tho
if it's not covered under warranty due the wrap being applied over the sensors.
