Time from port arrival to PCD

I'm on a pretty tight timeline with my job sending me to OKC Feb 9th. MY vehicle hit brunswick, ga on jan 16th. Any idea if i'm going to be able to do PCD before I get sent out to okc? I can't take vacation while I'm there for a month so i can't do it while I'm tdy.

Well the lady at the airport emailed me saying my car was on "California highway,"I saw it got to charleston on the 17th and the previous port was Brunswick. The bmw site now says it's getting finishing touches.

Aren't you assigned a PCD date before your car is even put on a ship?

If your info is correct, finishing touches (PDI) should be done at the Spartanburg facility. BMWs goes to/from Spartanburg and Charleston via rail.

I was told it was being dropped off in Brunswick. I'm too close to leaving for my month long temporary duty for my job to be able to do pcd, i was just hoping to get a couple of days to drive my car before i left. Even that doesn't look like its going to happen now.

It's interesting that your car was unloaded in Brunswick when it is schedule for your PCD in Spartanburg. You should contact your ordering dealership and clarify exactly when you can pick-up at PCD.

I think the convertibles are still waiting on EPA certifications right? so it won't be released until that happens?

EDIT: I looked it up and it seems like the EPA holds are officially off. A bunch of people are saying they're picking their cars up in a few days.
