Stalker level 4 - Need to see AW M2 in Nor Cal

Fellow M2 obsessed Bimmerpost enthusiasts. I am still trying to debate between alpine white and long beach blue for my M2 order. I have seen LBB in the flesh, very impressive. I still have yet to see AW, and would really like to see one. Does anyone on this forum have an AW M2 and live in Nor Cal? (preferably the Bay Area but am more than willing to drive a few hours). I am down for whatever you're comfortable with lol... even if it's just telling me where you work so I can oogle at your car in the lot, maybe I treat you to lunch. Honestly whatever you're cool with. I'm not looking to drive your car or even get a ride, however I am 30 - 190lbs, have serious OCD, and exclusively wear soft Lululemon clothing lol. I realize this may register as one of the top 5 weirdest posts ever on Bimmerpost, but I assure you I am just a normal guy that is obsessing over the color decision on his M2! Thank you in advance for any serious responses!

Maybe more than you're looking for in a drive, but BMW of Santa Barbara has an AW M2 on the floor, for sale.

AW is boring on the M2 in real life, you can't see the shape of the car.

I think it looks great, doesnt scream "look at me!" As much as the blue does. The LBB is gorgeous in person though. I think the Mineral Grey looks amazing.

I've seen all the colors in person, white was the first one. I was underwhelmed to say the least, actually it was parked next to a MG 235 w red leather at the car show and the 235 was getting way more attention.

To be clear it's not "bad" but the other colors are better.

I think theres a subtle classic grace with the AW and part of it is the sheep in wolfs clothing kinda vibe. My only "loud" color car was a daytona blue 350z, loved my RS4 for being black...subtle..and not that bright. Also I think years from now AW will always look like AW...I am not sure if the LBB will lose that charm. Regardless I think all colors are epic! Also one of my dreams is to have all white cars and that one bright ass porsche hahaha

I agree, I am getting AW because I don't want all the attention the "see me" LLB generates. Plus l really dislike LLB now. AW is classic, subdued and beautiful. Big deal if some feel it doesn't show the lines. Fact is the lines are still there! I really dislike LLB in certain lighting, it's off putting, in your face. My salesperson also dislikes LLB. Anyway, that's why the M2 comes in four colours, not everyone likes them all. No right answer here, matter of personal preference. I am more concerned with the cars performance, which on all accounts is excellent.

You've just got a taste for Smurf Blue from being a Subaru guy. Even Subaru dropped it after a year.

I just can't get the Smurf Blue out of my head. I was on the fence, until a respectable car enthusiast I ran into asked me if I got Smurf Blue when I was in order status.

That color is hideous in person and they tried to charge a premium for it which was stupid.

Smurf blue is properly reserved for Laguna Seca Blue.
