Share your BMW M2 build spec right here!
Now that we have the options list shared on this forum (Thanks Riky), we can all start speccing our M2s using the options list and maybe even the M235i configurator, if you are interested in estimating a potential rough pricing of the M2.
See the entire options list at http://www.2addicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1161404. So tell us here what your spec will be of the upcoming BMW M2 Coupé (F87) Mine will be, a BMW M2 in LBB with following options: 2MK - M DKG Drivelogic 3AG - Reversing camera 322 - Comfort access 430 - Automatic dimming rear view mirrors (inside and outside) 465 - Foldable rear seats 488 - Adjustable lower support for front seats 5DA - Deactivating airbag at passenger side 563 - Light package 575 - Extra 12V socket 609 - Navigation Professional 674 - Harman Kardon Surround Sound System Not sure about: 5AC - High Beam Assist 524 - Adaptive Headlights 7ME - M Driver's Package Last edited by MR.; 08-13-2015 at 02:13 PM.. |

Mineral gray or black sapphire (so torn on this)
6MT Nav (tech pkg?), comfort access (premium pkg?), HK, heated seats (cold weather pkg?) This is assuming the same sort of standard spec as the 235 holds true in the US...

Guys, please keep in mind that the US options might be different than the EU cars.
But for me, LBB with 6MT. Heated seats if not standard in the US. LED if/when they become available Done. |

300 - Alpine White
6MT 494 - Heated seats (only if a standalone option is available in the US) 674 - HK (again, only if standalone) Easy enough. Now here's to hoping it's somehow close to 50k |

The North American spec is going to be completely dependent on the packages. Many of these options will not be able to be purchased individually. I certainly understand why this is the case, but I often find the packages annoying. I wonder how many things I don't want/need I will need to purchase in order to get a back-up camera (which of course will have to be standard in all new US cars by May 2018).
If the M Driver's Package is a top-speed limiter delete I doubt it will come to the US. That said, my ideal spec would be: Mineral Grey 6-speed MT Harmon-Kardon sound system Reversing camera Ideally, the M2 will be a car I will not want to gussy up with too many options. I imagine 1 or 2 packages will cover much of the standard kit that is not standard (power seats with memory, auto-dimming mirrors, etc.). Too bad there does not seem to be an LED headlight option.

I'm trying to train myself to not read the option list being posted around because I know it will have little in common to the US spec cars. Need to resume my self control and only check this site twice a day or else the crazy takes over. |
